As our organization continues to expand, we’re looking for a motivated Regional Administrative Lead to join our team and oversee administrative operations across our Charleston-area offices.
Position Overview
The Regional Administrative Lead serves as the on-site and regional leader for administrative operations across multiple offices (West Ashley, North Charleston, and Mount Pleasant).
This position is responsible for training, supervising, and supporting front desk administrative staff, maintaining operational consistency, ensuring coverage across all sites, and reinforcing company standards for efficiency and client experience.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and confident in managing people and processes in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise front desk administrative staff across three Charleston-area offices.
- Ensure consistent front desk coverage between 8AM–8PM and manage coverage adjustments as needed.
- Train new and existing admin staff on company workflows, SOPs, and communication standards.
- Conduct weekly check-ins with staff and provide coaching and support.
- Monitor accuracy of client intake, scheduling, and insurance verification processes.
- Conduct periodic quality reviews to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
- Gather feedback from office staff and clinicians to identify needs, barriers, or opportunities for improvement.
- Support rollout of new policies, workflows, or system updates.
- Submit weekly reports on coverage, performance, and operational updates to the Director of Operations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field).
- 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in EHR and scheduling systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between local offices.
