Qualifications:Three years of work experience in recruiting Mortgage Loan OfficersStrong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to effectively manage relationships at all levels.Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and relationship management within a fast-paced environment.Ability to research industry trends and utilize social media management tools for branding and outreach efforts.
