BluePoint Mortgage is looking for a driven and dynamic Recruiter to join our growing team! This role is key to scaling our Wholesale Account Executive team as we expand our national footprint. If you’re passionate about connecting top talent with exciting opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable meeting new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through interviews and preliminary questions. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.
Responsibilities
- Recruit top-performing Wholesale Account Executives across key markets
- Partner closely with sales leadership to align hiring efforts with growth goals
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of qualified candidates
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding
- Represent BluePoint’s values and culture throughout the hiring experience
Qualifications
- Proven success in recruiting (mortgage or sales roles a plus)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with ATS platforms
- A proactive, resourceful, and solutions-focused mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
