Job Responsibilities
- Significant hands-on location presence.
- Ability to coach and mentor location GM, front-office, field staff.
- Support and drive location-level job booking activities.
- Conduct ride-alongs & ensure technician service-system training adherence.
- Partner with location General Managers to drive a culture of performance and accountability.
- Local to Chicago market.
- 10 years of residential HVAC industry experience with in-home sales experience.
- Energetic self-starter with a strong desire to win.
- Demonstrable time spent in collaborative team environments.
- Experience managing an organization or a team of direct reports.
- Primarily on-location work within Chicago market.
