- Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial reports
- Provide leadership and guidance to facility managers and staff, ensuring proper training and development
- Collaborate with other department leaders to drive company-wide initiatives and strategic planning
