We are seeking a motivated Comfort Sales Advisor to join our team and provide top-level service, education, and solutions to our clients in their homes.

Position Overview

The Comfort Sales Advisor is responsible for running company-provided leads, educating clients, building relationships, and closing in-home sales. This role focuses on delivering expert comfort solutions, promoting our products and services, and maintaining exceptional customer service while meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run all assigned leads using The Company’s 10 Steps of a Sales Champion process.
  • Arrive to all appointments within scheduled the arrival window.
  • Complete a Home Comfort Survey and Load Calculation Analysis on every lead.
  • Present three options on every call and always offer financing programs.
  • Build trust with clients and educate them on HVAC solutions, efficiency, and long-term value.
  • Prepare proposals accurately using company pricing; obtain management approval for discounts.
  • Complete all paperwork and digital documentation accurately and on time.
  • Establish a clear next step with all leads (sold or unsold).
  • Follow up on open estimates promptly.
  • Ask for reviews and referrals on all jobs.
  • Promote membership/maintenance programs and renewals.
  • Attend all company trainings, sales meetings, and skill practice sessions.
  • Represent the company at home shows and community events.
  • Stay available by phone for leads and install team questions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Align with and exhibit company Core Values at all times.

Qualifications

  • In-home sales or high-ticket residential sales experience preferred.
  • HVAC experience helpful but not required (training provided).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to educate customers and overcome objections.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong with follow-through.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • Competent with CRM systems
  • Competent with 10 Steps to a Sales Champion
  • HVAC product knowledge
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Proven sales ability; objection-handling skills
  • Highly organized; excellent follow-through

  • Reliable and consistent
