Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• 24 months of Telemetry Unit experience with 12 months worked in the last 3 years.
• Travel experience is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a Idaho license or compact license (required after submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Luke’s Health System and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - St. Luke’s Health System.

Previous Employment Requirements: Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: The facility may make one off exceptions if previously employed at the facility, but exceptions must be approved by St. Luke’s Health System
Required Skills/Experience: Must have post procedural cardiac experience (cath lab, ablations, open heart) Must be able to read and interpret tele and document it appropriately
Preferred Skills/Experience: Prefer PCU and Stepdown experience
Required Credentials: Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained.
Special Requests: Holiday Requirement: May be asked to work Holidays, would not be expected to work every Holiday
Shift & Scheduling: Weekends as needed
Floating Requirements: First to float They can be floated to any other MS, MS-Tele, or Tele to Nampa or Meridian
7 days maximum time off
1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 3 years
Driver’s license required for submission
