Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Experience:
• 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• 12 months of Telemetry Unit experience.
• 3 months of Epic experience is preferred.
• ADN completion required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a New York license (required for submission).
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Declinations not accepted.
• Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 12 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Required Skills/Experience: One (1) year of Medical/Surgical experience. Two (2) years of IV insertion and Phlebotomy experience. Two (2) years of Conscious Sedation experience.
Required Credentials: Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accreditated Nursing Program. Must have NYS Nursing License Registration and NYS Copy of Physical License/Diploma for submission. Individual Professional Liability coverage is mandatory for assignment duration (Only individual malpractice insurance is accepted by the facility).
Special Requests: All time off and special requests should be discussed directly with managers upon arrival (no pre-approval). Clinicians must start assignments within 30 days of receiving an offer. Clinician must complete Additional skills section of resume with detailed description of patient pops and procedures worked for each work history.
Shift & Scheduling: No call. Overtime not allowed at NYCHH facilities (requires written manager approval in rare cases).
