Experience:
• 2 years of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is required.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.
• Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.
• Anyone who worked as Staff at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as Per Diem at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone who worked as a traveler at a facility in this program in the last 6 months cannot be submitted.
• Anyone currently working at a facility in this program cannot be submitted.

Additional Details:
Required Skills/Experience: 2 years of ICU experience required.
Special Requests: Anyone who worked permanently for BILH within the last 6 months will not be considered.
Shift & Scheduling: Shift lengths of 8s or 10s may be considered. Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday 9p-7a overnight; Sundays 12-1030p. On-call time worked is not included in the 72-hour biweekly total.
Floating Requirements: Must be open to floating to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed.
14 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months
