Experience
Candidates must have a license (required for submission). This role may require floating to additional units and locations Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <50 miles from facility will be processed as local. COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. Flu vaccination required for submission. Medical declinations accepted.

Hybrid position - Pediatric and Adult Cath lab
Shift & Scheduling: Weekend Requirement: overnight and weekend call coverage. On Call Requirement: call coverage overnight and weekends rotating Required Skills/Experience: Proficiency in PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention), Impella, IABP (Intra-aortic Balloon Pump), Interventional Cardiology, and management of Heart Failure patients. Preferred Skills/Experience: Experience with Temp Pacers and structural procedures such as Watchman preferred. Peripheral experience preferred. Required Credentials: Preferred Credentials: Procedures/Diagnostics/Treatments Performed on Unit: Types of Patients on Unit: Lab includes congenital patients across all ages from neonates to adults; Pediatric & Adult experience is required. Congenital lab provides Cath and EP care. Equipment Used on Unit: Technology Used on Unit: Unit/Facility Details: Previous Employment Requirements: Special Requests: No work history with gaps over 30 days w/o explanation. Must have Facility Type, EMR, and Bed Count filled out. No RTO the first 2 weeks of any new assignment. Floating Requirements:
8 days maximum time off
1 reference from last 12 months (Manager/Supervisor reference type) - required for submission
