Job Summary
Trusted Hands Senior Care is seeking a strong, hands-on Operations Manager to oversee daily office operations, staffing, efficiencies, compliance and high-quality client service delivery. This leadership role requires someone who is organized, solution-driven, and able to manage both people and processes in a fast-paced home care environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, full cycle and emergent situations
- Maintain consistent office environment and culture
- Ensure smooth coordination across all teams
- Lead and supervise office staff
- Resolve employee conflicts and handle disciplinary actions (office & field)
- Oversee scheduling and staffing gaps
- Monitor local contract progress and time reconciliation
- Conduct employee evaluations and discipline
- Oversee onboarding for new hires and clients
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in client visits and monthly team meetings
- Track and report on operational performance
- Provide weekly updates and findings to leadership
- Support new client intake and service setup
- Conflict resolution management
- Experience in home care or healthcare operations, or related field (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to multitask, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and mange competing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of industry level compliance and regulatory standards (preferred)
- Reliable, professional, and punctual
- Proficiency in MS Office
