Role Description
$30 per hour. This is a full-time on-site role for a Foundation Repair Technician, located in Tempe, AZ. The technician will be responsible for performing foundation evaluations, diagnosing structural issues, operating specialized equipment, and executing effective repair solutions. Additional responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction through clear communication, maintaining tools and equipment, and adhering to safety standards during all project tasks.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks, including foundation stabilization and concrete lifting techniques.
- Strong Troubleshooting and Appliance Repair skills for identifying and resolving structural challenges.
- Excellent Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills to ensure positive client interactions and clear project updates.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in on-site environments.
- Prior experience in construction, foundation repair, or related fields is an advantage.
- Physical ability to perform hands-on repair and maintenance work.
- Stem wall and Polyfoam injection experience required
