Experienced CNC Machinists Wanted – Take Your Skills to the Next Level!
Know your way around a CNC machine? Comfortable with setups, reading blueprints, and producing precision parts? We want to talk to you!
TASE Global USA is looking for skilled and motivated CNC Machinist II professionals to join our growing aerospace manufacturing team in Phoenix.
We're looking for machinists who can do more than load parts and push cycle start. If you have hands-on CNC mill or lathe experience, understand machine setups, and take pride in producing quality work, this could be your next opportunity.
You don't need an aerospace background to apply. If you've built your skills in automotive, medical, industrial, or other precision manufacturing environments, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing
-
Set up and operate CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture precision components.
-
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
-
Perform machine setups, including tooling changes, offsets, and basic adjustments.
-
Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments to verify part dimensions.
-
Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.
-
Troubleshoot machining, tooling, and quality issues with support from Engineering and Programming.
-
Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
-
Accurately complete production records and inspection documentation.
-
Work with team members to improve processes, reduce scrap, and increase productivity.
-
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
-
Continue building your skills by learning additional machines, setups, and machining processes.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
-
Minimum 2 years of hands-on CNC machining experience with mills and/or lathes.
-
Experience performing CNC machine setups, not just machine operation.
-
Ability to read and understand blueprints and engineering drawings.
-
Experience using precision measuring tools, including calipers and micrometers.
-
Basic understanding of machining tolerances, tooling, offsets, and quality requirements.
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-
Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience in aerospace, defense, medical, or other precision manufacturing environments.
-
Familiarity with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
-
Experience with multi-axis CNC equipment.
-
Ability to perform multiple setups and troubleshoot machining issues.
-
Familiarity with Fanuc, Haas, or similar CNC controls.
-
Experience working within AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems.
