Your Role
As a Clinic Coordinator, you’ll be the heart of the clinic’s daily operations, helping to ensure everything runs smoothly while delivering exceptional care. You’ll be a hands-on leader and problem solver, supporting both staff and patients in real time. With your clinical expertise and people skills, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a positive, efficient, and patient-focused environment across multiple locations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day operations of multiple clinic sites, making sure everything flows smoothly for patients and staff.
- Provide nursing support when needed, working alongside your team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care.
- Be the go-to person for clinical troubleshooting and staff support, helping your team navigate challenges with confidence.
- Monitor wait times and adjust workflows to keep care efficient and accessible.
- Ensure clinics are always well-stocked, organized, and ready to meet patient needs.
- Serve as a communication hub between staff and clinic leadership, fostering transparency and alignment.
- Support and coach team members, working with nursing leadership to promote continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Help maintain quality and compliance standards across all clinics.
- Support administrative needs like prior authorizations and urgent referral coordination.
- Create a positive, professional, and team-driven work environment every day.
Position Details & Work Environment
- Type of Role: Full-time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
- Schedule: General hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Work Environment: Dynamic, team-centered clinic setting with active patient care responsibilities

Qualifications to Shine
- Active RN or LPN licensure in the state of Mississippi.
