Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance on residential HVAC units.
- Build rapport with customers and demonstrate professionalism in every interaction.
- Collaborate with the team and contribute to a positive work environment.
- Gain product knowledge to educate customers on options for their HVAC units.
- Promote and renew maintenance agreements.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3 years experience and ready to test or 2 year apprentice license completed.
- EPA Universal Certification.
- Passionate about the HVAC industry and eager to grow into an HVAC Service Technician.
- Owns a complete set of tools and knows how to use them.
- Demonstrates humility and a client-first mindset, even when challenges arise.
- Must be mechanically inclined, dependable and punctual.
- Experience with Service Titan is a plus.
- Clean-cut appearance preferred, with a focus on professionalism.
