The role
Electrician - troubleshoot, install, replace, and maintain residential electrical systems while delivering excellent customer service.

- $80,000-$100,000 per year with top producers earning $120,000
- $5,000 hiring bonus for licensed qualified applicants
- Paid weekly
- True M–F, 8am–5pm (40–42 hrs)
- NO WEEKEND mandate - optional weekends at double time

Key responsibilities
- Prompt, professional service and excellent customer communication
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues; install fixtures, switches, receptacles, wiring, breakers, panels, meters
- Perform quality testing and routine maintenance inspections
- Keep company vehicle maintained and assist customers with repair vs. replace decisions
- Access crawlspaces/attics as needed
Requirements
5 years professional residential electrical experience- DE Journeyman license a plus
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and clean record
- Own hand tools
- Pass drug test and background check
