As our newly hired Residential Service Electrician, you will drive a fully stocked company vehicle to local homes, diagnose electrical needs, provide upfront pricing, close jobs, and perform installations and upgrades. And, you must be someone who wants to have fun at work, because we insist on keeping the environment light and enjoyable - even though we all work hard.
We maintain a respectful, enjoyable culture with regular team celebrations and events, and we have an incredibly supportive leadership team. Our Master Electrician mentors and assists technicians, our Operations Manager listens and provides daily support, and other staff handle permitting and administrative tasks. We aim to make your time in the field as seamless as possible.
Pay & Safety Net
- Expected earnings: $90,000–$100,000 (active earners clear six figures).
- Uncapped commission tiers up to 25%.
- 90-day safety net: guaranteed $20–$35/hr (based on experience); we always pay the higher of hourly or commission each pay period.

What You’ll Do
- Perform home safety checks, present upfront pricing options, and close jobs
- Complete service upgrades and navigate local code differences
- Deliver clean and accurate craftsmanship and complete jobs correctly the first time
- Focus on customer service and excellent field work - as the in-office staff handles permits and inspector coordination
Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years residential electrical experience (apprentice-level acceptable)
- Friendly, coachable team player with no ego
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, pass background check and drug screen
- Must reliably commute to/relocate near Fenton, MO (within ~1 hour of St. Louis)
Schedule & Onboarding
- Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (last dispatch 3:30 PM).
- Tuesday–Saturday shifts available.
- No mandatory on-call; storm response is volunteer.
