Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Driver / Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating various types of vehicles, including box trucks and personal vehicles, to deliver and install products at customer locations. Your energetic approach will ensure timely deliveries, exceptional customer service, and efficient setup of equipment or fixtures. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving skills with hands-on installation work, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational success.

Duties

• Safely operate commercial trucks, box trucks, and personal vehicles to deliver goods across designated routes while adhering to all traffic regulations and DOT (Department of Transportation) standards
• Load and unload materials using manual handling techniques, pallet jacks, or material handling equipment with a focus on safe lifting practices and weight management in the workplace
• Execute precise delivery driving, ensuring products arrive intact and on schedule at customer sites or warehouses
• Assist with the installation of equipment, fixtures, or products at client locations following provided instructions and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate delivery logs using mobile devices, update route information as needed, and communicate effectively with dispatch teams
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and report any maintenance needs promptly
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging professionally with clients during delivery and installation processes

Experience

• Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with warehouse experience or commercial driving background
• Familiarity with operating box trucks, vans, or commercial trucks
• Experience in manual handling, moving heavy items, and using material handling equipment such as pallet jacks
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and safe lifting practices is a plus
• Ability to adhere strictly to traffic laws, DOT regulations, and safety guidelines during route driving and load handling
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members while utilizing mobile devices for route updates and documentation

Pay: $180.00 - $200.00 per day
