The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to own a fast, digital-first sales motion that converts inbound demand into recurring revenue.
You’ll turn free users and ROI workshop attendees into paying enterprise customers and help define the blueprint for a repeatable PLG-to-enterprise funnel. You’ll be selling a deeply technical product in a high-growth environment - working directly with the executive team, marketing, and product leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Manage the full cycle from qualification to close across inbound leads and workshop conversions.
- Drive upgrades from $900/month pilot tiers to $30K/year enterprise contracts.
- Own a $700K–$750K ARR quota with short, high-velocity sales cycles.
- Run discovery, demos, and ROI conversations confidently - no SE needed on early calls.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product to refine campaigns and messaging.
- Track pipeline health, forecast accurately, and deliver consistent execution.
What You’ll Bring
- 4–7 years of SaaS sales experience with consistent quota attainment.
- Proven success in PLG or high-velocity inside sales roles ($600K–$1M ARR ).
- Technical fluency - comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Structured, high-urgency sales approach with exceptional follow-up discipline.
- Bias for action and comfort operating in an early-stage, fast-moving environment.
Compensation & Structure
- OTE: $175K–$225K (50/50 split, uncapped)
- Quota: $700K–$750K ARR
- Deal Size: $30K average annual contract value
- Sales Cycle: 30–45 days
