Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional service to guests by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, specials, and seasonal offerings to make recommendations to guests.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately and responsibly.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth service.
- Clean and organize the bar and dining areas, ensuring a tidy and welcoming environment.
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure guest and employee safety.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server or bartender preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing outstanding service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
