Server/Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Server/Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
• Manage multiple tables or bar stations with excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties, while balancing registers at shift end.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including tables, bar counters, and service stations in accordance with food safety standards.
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including beverages like brewing or cocktail options, to enhance guest experience.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations during busy periods such as nightlife hours or banquet events.
• Uphold food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times.
• Assist with catering events or nightclub service as needed, demonstrating flexibility across different hospitality settings.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, especially in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet environments.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math applications, and accurate order processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within a licensed environment; knowledge of brewing or cocktail preparation is a plus.
