Hours: Full Time, non-exempt - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Wage: $23 - $29 per hour depending on experience

Essential Duties
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for exempt, non-exempt, seasonal, and regular positions
- Write, post, and maintain job advertisements
- Prepare and conduct New Hire Meetings; create welcome packets, and onboarding documents
- Maintain HR systems and tracking tools, including Staff Directory, Office Contact List, Benefits Tracker, and Staff Calendar
- Coordinate employee recognition programs, engagement events, awards, birthdays, anniversaries, and service milestones
- Process I-9 documentation and verify work authorization through E-Verify
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business administration or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with Gmail and G-suite
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems and HR Information Systems
- Strong understanding of staffing principles, laws, and procedures and a solid working knowledge of recruitment/employment programs
- Must possess strong communications and presentation skills
- Must be able to handle sensitive information discretely and confidentially.
