Summary
As a Fine Dining TOGO Server at Trump National Golf Club, you will be an integral part of our culinary team, delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members over the phone. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards of service and hospitality while enhancing the overall member experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and personalized service to all guests over the phone.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery on orders.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries effectively.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication regarding orders and special requests.
- Handle POS operations accurately during transactions.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by supporting colleagues during busy service periods.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in food service or fine dining environments is required.
- Strong guest service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences for members.
