Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with questions
- Verify insurance benefits and communicate coverage information
- Manage patient records and maintain accurate documentation
- Process payments and assist with financial arrangements
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Support daily front office operations and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Previous dental front office or dental receptionist experience
- Experience with dental practice management software
- Knowledge of dental insurance verification and billing processes
