Superstar Scheduling Coordinator/Receptionist
We are looking for a friendly, personable, and enthusiastic Scheduling Coordinator to add to our stellar team! We have a beautiful and modern looking Dental office and are currently looking for someone to fill a Full time Scheduling Coordinator position.
We love our patients and we want someone that will be awesome on the phone and provide the best customer care to each and every one of them. We want that "right person" to grow with our team, enjoy their time at work, be challenged with what they do, and make a difference in the lives of our patients. We are looking for candidates who think long term and are committed, responsible, organized, and punctual with the daily tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Greeting patients
● Answering phones
● Confirming and scheduling appointments
● Treatment presentation
● Collecting payments
● Patient scheduling, registration, financial counseling, medical records, billing and collection, data entry and processing, and cash posting
● Promoting excellent customer service by all levels of the staff
● Executes all filing and organizational systems for the practice
● Ensures patient satisfaction, including troubleshooting when there is a complaint and developing process improvements to prevent recurrences.
● Support business goals by utilizing schedules effectively and supporting the practice revenue objectives.
● Follow and demonstrate commitment to Shahid Dental Group policies, professional expectations, clinical service excellence, and outstanding patient service.
