Trumen Physicians Associates is looking for a part-time Post-Acute Care Physician to provide in-person care in skilled nursing and rehab facilities across Bryan and College Station. This role offers flexible scheduling, excellent income potential, and the support of a physician-led team—so you can focus on meaningful patient care without unnecessary administrative burden.

Your Role
Provide compassionate, in-person care in post-acute settings
Manage chronic acute conditions and support care transitions
Collaborate with facility staff and Trumen’s physician-led team
Document care accurately in the EMR
Build strong relationships with patients, families, and staff
Qualifications
MD/DO with active Texas medical license
Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
1 year experience in post-acute, SNF, or geriatric care preferred
Strong communication independent practice skills
Reliable transportation within Bryan/College Station
