Represent the team like a pro at local, regional, or national specialty events and consortiums. Be a champion for safety, quality improvement, and cultural competence across the board. What You Bring to the Table (Minimum Requirements) Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited program Current Missouri license as a Registered Professional Nurse Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program with active certification Specialty certification (as required by the Missouri State Board of Nursing for Advanced Practice) Active Collaborative Practice Arrangement with our organization 3–5 years of previousexperience (bonus points for leadership experience!) Current BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification Proven clinical expertise in your area of specialty Strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills As a Physician Assistant (PA), you’ll provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and preventive healthcare services, working closely with patients and the healthcare team to provide effective and efficient care. You’ll assess and treat patients, order and interpret tests, make diagnoses, and offer preventive advice—all while ensuring the highest standards of care. What You’ll Do: Patient Care: Take medical histories, examine patients, make diagnoses, and treat injuries or illnesses under the supervision of a physician. Comprehensive Services: Order and interpret lab tests and x-rays, counsel patients, and provide treatments or therapies as per physician agreement. Documentation & Records: Accurately document patient evaluations, care plans, and services provided in the medical record. Collaboration: Work closely with physicians to deliver exceptional healthcare and ensure the best outcomes for every patient. What You Need to Bring (Minimum Requirements): Education: Graduate from an accredited Physician Assistant educational program. Certification: Certified as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. Licensure: Current licensure in the state of Missouri. Experience: 3-5 years of experience working as a Physician Assistant (PA). Certification: Current BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
