Technicians communicate with customers to explain findings, recommend service plans, and provide education on preventive measures. The role also involves maintaining accurate service records, managing equipment and materials, and collaborating with branch team members to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient routing. Occasional local travel within the service area is required.
