NET Technician
Location: Miami, FL | On-Site | Bilingual English & Spanish Required
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a NET Technician to help deliver a new model of recovery care through innovative healthcare technology and compassionate patient support. We are looking for someone passionate about helping others, comfortable working with technology, and committed to supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey.
This is more than a technician role.
This is a patient experience role.
The Opportunity
This role combines patient support, healthcare technology, service delivery, documentation, and operational coordination. You will work directly with patients while supporting the delivery of NET Recovery's innovative treatment model in a safe, professional, and compassionate environment.

Required
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable learning and working with healthcare technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare, addiction treatment, behavioral health, recovery services, or patient-facing environments
- Experience with data entry, documentation, or healthcare software
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and technology platforms
- Passion for helping individuals impacted by substance use disorder
Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
