Truly Natural Therapies is a growing wellness center dedicated to helping clients look and feel their best through natural, holistic services. We are seeking a passionate, motivated Licensed Esthetician who enjoys building client relationships and educating clients on skin health and overall wellness.
Responsibilities
- Perform professional skincare services within your scope of practice.
- Conduct thorough skin consultations and create personalized treatment plans.
- Recommend home skincare products and wellness services that support client goals.
- Educate clients on the benefits of other wellness services such as red light therapy and infrared sauna sessions.
- Build and maintain a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate client records and treatment notes.
- Follow all sanitation, safety, and state licensing regulations.
- Keep treatment rooms clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Participate in wellness events.
- Assist with social media by creating educational content, sharing promotions, and showcasing your work while representing Truly Natural Therapies professionally.
- Work collaboratively with our wellness team to provide an outstanding client experience.
Qualifications
- Current State Esthetician License (required)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
- Strong knowledge of skincare products and treatment protocols
- Sales confidence with the ability to educate and recommend products and services
- Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team atmosphere
- Experience is preferred but we welcome motivated new graduates eager to learn
