- Structure and define formal change management definitions, including major vs. standard change classifications
- Map GAMP 5 validation requirements to internal systems and IT processes
- Build and document the framework for end-to-end AI lifecycle documentation and traceability
- Outline governance standards for AI metric tracking and performance monitoring
- Define and document the process for threshold approvals aligned to Company risk standards
- Establish monitoring frequency requirements based on risk tiers
- Design the formal process for converting incident or drift alerts into structured remediation workflows
- Ensure all continuous improvement processes align with Company risk management standards
- Lead socialization workshops with development teams to gather structured feedback
- Execute final revisions to governance documentation based on team input
- Verify strict alignment with NIST AI RMF 1.0 and internal RAI Risk Management Standard
- Significant experience in IT compliance, regulatory frameworks, or technical policy writing
- Deep knowledge of NIST frameworks, GxP, and GAMP 5 validation methodologies
- Demonstrated experience developing governance documentation for AI or ML systems in regulated industries
- Strong communication skills; ability to facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions
- Familiarity with enterprise AI platforms such as Databricks, Snowflake, Copilot Studio, or SIMCA
- Experience working within pharma, biotech, or life sciences environments
- Working knowledge of MLOps practices and how they intersect with compliance requirements
- Prior experience with NIST AI RMF 1.0 or similar AI governance frameworks
