Our client is an organization in the Dane County area looking for a Staff Accountant. Our client is looking for someone with 1 years of experience, organized, and independent. The salary for this position is $80k.
The Senior Accountant will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research problems and past due balances of corporate Accounts Receivable.
- Make quarterly sales and use tax payments online.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements.
- Provide external auditors with requested information and documentation.
- Daily coding of corporate invoices utilizing Nexus online.
- Prepare bi-weekly leasing commission payroll sheets.
- Assists with other duties and projects as assigned.
The Senior Accountant will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1 years of related experience.
- Independent, detail oriented, and a team player.
- High attention to detail with strong interpersonal skills.
