Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area that’s looking for a Senior Finance Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 6 years of experience, analytical, and who has strong interpersonal skills. The salary for this position is $150K - $180K
The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the monthly and quarterly divisional forecasting process, consolidating submissions and performing critical reviews.
- Lead and develop the finance team, including overseeing daily operations, driving accountability, and supporting accurate, timely financial reporting and analysis.
- Drive the forecast process, providing cost transparency across key functions while identifying cost reduction opportunities and holding cost centers accountable to results.
- Provide primary support for the Annual Operating Plan and long-term strategy processes, including financial modeling, reporting, and leadership-ready analysis.
- Maintain and enhance standard reporting structures to ensure timely, accurate, and actionable financial information.
- Leverage Power BI and other reporting tools to improve financial visibility, dashboarding, and executive-level decision support.
- Prepare ad hoc analyses and recommendations for strategic initiatives and executive projects, enabling quick business assessments and informed decision-making.
The Senior Finance Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 6 years of progressive finance experience, with management experience preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and translate data into actionable insights.
- Forward-thinking finance professional who proactively identifies opportunities for process improvement, automation, and better business decision-making.
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under tight deadlines, and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and present recommendations to leadership.
