Accounts Receivable Specialist (42449)
Our client is an organization in the Madison area looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. Our client is looking for someone with 3 years of related experience, highly organized and analytical mindset.
The salary range for this position is $60k-70k.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process and apply incoming payments to customer accounts accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reviews delinquent accounts to determine collections of overdue accounts.
- Review A/R aging reports for assigned customers.
- Work internally with sales and office staff on past due accounts.
- Make telephone calls requesting payment from customers, when necessary.
- Provide support for and collaborate with Accounting Operations Supervisor or Accounts Receivable Lead.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Associate degree preferred.
- 3 years of related experience.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
