- Subject matter expert (SME) on essential duties and responsibilities of Financial Specialist I and II
- Responsible for escalation of production issue for quick resolution, supporting continuous development of
- Departmental small project lead. Work in tandem with Sr. Financial Analyst to ensure each aspect of
- Recommends and documents improvements and works with others to implement
- Knows and applies the concepts and practices of the business, including linkages with internal and external
- May serve as manager, trainer, or coordinator for work of junior staff members
- Organizes and performs complex analyses
- Research and process Tier 3 task & escalations
- Procedure & Control oversight
- Serves as a liaison with internal and external partners
Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree or combination of training/experience
- 7 years of experience in a Financial Specialist II or Business Analyst III role or equivalent experience in
- 10 years of experience in Payments services industry
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate professionally
- Demonstrated ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions
- Demonstrated ability to work in an area governed by production standards, heavy workloads and critical
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
- Able and willing to work overtime during peak times
- Demonstrate leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications:
1 Bachelors/Master's Degree
- 10 years or more of financial serving experience
- Knowledge of all bankcard products and services, online banking, debit card/prepaid products, digital
- General understanding of the other areas within banking operations
