A TruFusion Studio Manager is the leader of all the behind-the-scenes magic it takes to run one of our studios. They are solely responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the studio and staff, as well as ensuring our members leave happier than when they came in. We are looking for an experienced, proactive sales individual who will tackle all tasks necessary to run an efficient, energetic and profitable studio. We have 3 WA locations and are actively hiring for our flagship location in Bellevue, WA.

Position Summary

The Studio Manager is the on site leader of their assigned TruFusion studio and is responsible for overall studio performance, including membership growth, revenue generation, retention, team leadership, and operational execution. This role is accountable for delivering results that align with company goals, service standards, and brand expectations.

The Studio Manager leads the day to day business of the studio while creating a high performance culture centered on sales, accountability, member experience, and operational excellence. This individual must bring a hands on leadership style, strong business acumen, and a consistent ability to coach and develop a successful team.

This is a full time, in studio position requiring schedule flexibility based on business needs, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Sales and Revenue Leadership

  • Drive membership growth, revenue, and retention through consistent execution of studio sales strategies and performance expectations
  • Own and lead studio sales performance on a daily basis, including actively selling memberships during every shift. The Studio Manager is the studio’s primary sales leader and is expected to set the pace, model strong sales behaviors, set the standard for sales execution and member conversion, and drive overall revenue growth.
  • Lead local outreach, community events, partnerships, and other lead generation efforts to build brand awareness and new member acquisition
  • Oversee the full studio sales process, including lead management, follow up, appointment setting, first visit experience, membership conversion, and member retention efforts
  • Monitor key performance indicators and studio metrics, identify opportunities, and implement action plans to improve performance
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of all memberships, promotions, retail offerings, class formats, and studio services
  • Support retail performance through inventory awareness, merchandising, and team accountability

Team Leadership and Development

  • Hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop studio team members in alignment with company expectations
  • Provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and hold team members accountable to individual and studio goals
  • Conduct regular coaching conversations, performance check ins, and formal performance reviews as assigned
  • Create a positive, team oriented culture focused on service, urgency, accountability, and results
  • Lead by example through active involvement in studio operations, member engagement, and team support
  • Address employee performance concerns promptly and professionally, including documentation and follow up in partnership with leadership and Human Resources as appropriate
  • Support team scheduling and help ensure appropriate staffing coverage during operating hours

Operations and Studio Standards

  • Oversee the day to day operations of the studio to ensure efficiency, organization, cleanliness, and consistency
  • Ensure front desk and studio systems are followed consistently, including member check in, guest registration, lead management, account maintenance, cash handling where applicable, and studio opening and closing procedures
  • Maintain accurate and timely use of company systems, including CRM, point of sale, scheduling, reporting, and communication platforms
  • Monitor inventory levels for retail, supplies, and other operational materials, and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate facility maintenance needs and ensure the studio remains clean, safe, and operationally sound
  • Handle member billing concerns, account issues, service recovery situations, and escalated customer concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Provide hands-on leadership for front desk operations, maintaining a strong day to day presence and staying actively involved in daily execution. Ensure all shifts are properly supported, including personally stepping in to provide coverage as needed, in order to uphold service, sales, operational standards, and a consistent elevated member experience.

Member Experience and Brand Execution

  • Deliver a best in class member experience by creating a welcoming, professional, and service focused studio environment
  • Own the member experience and brand execution at all times by leading with consistency, accountability, and adherence to TruFusion’s best practices. Ensure the studio delivers on TruFusion’s promise to be the best part of each member’s day through exceptional hospitality, strong operational standards, and an elevated experience in every interaction.
  • Ensure consistency in studio presentation, team professionalism, service standards, and overall member interactions
  • Build class utilization and member engagement through scheduling awareness, communication, and team coordination
  • Represent TruFusion professionally and ensure brand consistency in all studio activities, events, and team behaviors

Program - Fitness and Yoga

  • Collaborate with studio leadership and Programming to align class offerings with member demand, studio capacity, and business goals
  • Provide ongoing feedback on instructor performance, class experience, and member preferences to support strong programming and studio execution
  • Support instructor onboarding, scheduling alignment, and integration into the studio to ensure a consistent member experience
  • Partner on class utilization strategies to maximize attendance, engagement, retention, and overall schedule effectiveness

Marketing and Community Engagement

  • Partner with Marketing to execute local initiatives, promotions, and campaigns that drive leads, membership growth, and community awareness
  • Share on the ground insight into market trends, member behavior, studio needs, and campaign performance to strengthen local marketing strategies
  • Support studio marketing efforts, including events, in studio promotions, partnerships, and community outreach
  • Ensure brand consistency and proper execution of marketing assets, promotions, and campaigns throughout the studio
  • Collaborate on lead generation efforts and monitor campaign and promotion effectiveness at the studio level

Administrative and Financial Responsibilities

  • Support the management of studio budget, controllable expenses, payroll awareness, and profit performance in partnership with leadership
  • Review and report on studio performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement
  • Complete administrative tasks, reporting, documentation, and follow up responsibilities accurately and on time
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned based on business needs

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of management experience required, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of sales experience required
  • Proven ability to lead a team and drive revenue results in a service based business
  • Experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality, retail, or a related customer facing environment strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Proficiency with business systems and standard computer programs, including CRM platforms, point of sale systems, and Microsoft Office or similar tools
  • Passion for health, wellness, fitness, and community engagement preferred
  • Associate degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent relevant work experience preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during scheduled shifts
  • Ability to bend, reach, lift, and move studio supplies or equipment as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Ability to work in a studio environment with moderate noise, frequent movement, and regular interaction with members, guests, and staff

Work Schedule

This is a full time, nonexempt position. Work hours will be scheduled based on business needs and may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
