What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at TruFit Staffing, Inc.?
We are looking to bring on 1 qualified Warehouse Associate to our client’s team in Kent, WA. In this position, you will be tasked with operating a sit-down forklift, and a cherry picker to take the product from the racks in the warehouse to a pallet and then lastly into the trailer of a truck. Due to the nature of operating a cherry picker, you should be comfortable with heights. This is a temp-to-hire position.
Compensation: $20/hr to start
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4 pm, with an hour lunch break
Location: Kent, WA (Northern Area)
Responsibilities:
- Pick products off the warehouse racks
- Palletize product
- Use a Pallet Wrapping Machine to wrap the pallet
- Operate a sit-down forklift to load the product into a trailer
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Be able to pass a background check
- Be able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and 70 lbs occasionally
- Be comfortable with heights
- Sit-down forklift experience a plus
