Duties
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through door-to-door outreach, networking, and lead generation strategies
- Present and sell solar panels and energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients with confidence and clarity
- Conduct detailed client consultations to understand their energy needs and provide tailored technical solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction at every step
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update client information, and monitor sales progress
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure successful deal closures while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure ongoing satisfaction, support future sales opportunities, and promote customer loyalty
Skills
- Proven experience in outside sales, especially in energy or solar sales environments
- Strong understanding of marketing techniques and lead generation methods
- Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable for reaching diverse customer bases
- Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client data and sales pipelines
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Technical sales experience related to solar energy or other energy solutions is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly
- Demonstrated ability to close deals effectively through direct sales approaches such as door-to-door outreach or face-to-face meetings

PAY BASED ON PERFORMANCE AND EXPERIENCE
SIGN ON BONUS ($1,000) AFTER 90 DAYS OF QUALIFYING PRODUCTION
Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
