Position Overview

TruFit Athletic Clubs is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team in San Antonio. This role is well-suited for a designer who excels in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings strong experience in large-scale print, signage, and high-impact visual campaigns. You will play a key role in supporting brand growth across multiple markets, contributing to both day-to-day creative needs and major marketing initiatives tied to club openings and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute large-scale signage and print projects, including billboards, window graphics, and in-club marketing materials
• Develop and produce monthly promotional collateral across print and digital channels
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets and touchpoints
• Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns, promotions, and new club openings
• Prepare production-ready files and coordinate with print vendors to ensure quality and accuracy
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Support ongoing brand evolution through creative input and design improvements
• Assist with digital design needs, including social media graphics and web assets as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of professional graphic design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating print, signage, and large-format design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign required)
• Experience designing billboards and large-scale signage is required
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of production processes
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
