Job Duties
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target healthcare facilities, ensuring consistent growth in assigned territories
Conduct engaging product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to the needs of medical professionals
Manage existing accounts with a focus on customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term partnerships
Identify new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and market analysis
Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company policies while meeting client needs
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and offering tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery, training, and post-sales support
Experience
Proven success in B2B sales within the medical or pharmaceutical industry, demonstrating a track record of exceeding targets
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers at various levels within healthcare organizations
Experience conducting product demos and technical sales presentations to diverse audiences
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder engagement
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently
Knowledge of medical sales processes, including account management and customer relationship building
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite β Word for documentation, PowerPoint for presentations, and analysis tools for market insights
Required Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent, required
Preferred Education and/or Experience
Four-year college degree is preferred or a combination or education and experience
Experience in respiratory or medical sales is preferred
Leadership Experience in other areas or fields

Salary : $45,000 - $55,000
