Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams in high-volume, fast-paced settings
Excellent communication and executive alignment skills
Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
Advanced degree in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain Management
Experience developing scalable organizational processes for high-growth omni-channel retail companies
Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for continuous improvement
Expertise with fulfil.io or other next-generation ERP systems
Background in outdoor, powersports, or adventure accessories industries

Salary: $130,000-$140,000 20% profit sharing
Responsibilities
This role has a direct succession plan into VP of Operations
Lead and manage day-to-day company operations across supply chain, customer experience, and IT for ecommerce and retail channels
Translate executive strategies into actionable operational plans to support direct-to-consumer, marketplace, and wholesale retail initiatives
Oversee all aspects of global supply chain, including demand planning, procurement, import/export compliance, warehousing, and fulfillment
Ensure optimal logistics, inventory, and fulfillment solutions for ecommerce and retail distribution, collaborating with freight, 3PL, and fulfillment partners
Serve as operational lead for DTC, marketplace, and wholesale retail operations, ensuring inventory availability and compliance with major retail partners
Lead the Customer Experience team to deliver consistent, high-quality service across all channels, driving key CX metrics and root cause resolution
Own and optimize operational technology, especially ERP systems (with fulfil.io strongly preferred), driving data accuracy and process automation
Develop and mentor cross-functional teams while building scalable organizational structures to meet growing ecommerce and retail demands
Monitor KPIs, prepare executive reporting, and execute continuous improvement initiatives that boost efficiency and mitigate risk
Pay: $130,000.00 - $140,000.00 per month
