Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and driven Sales Representative to run company-provided leads, perform roof inspections, and close deals. This is a high-earning commission-based role for individuals who are confident, disciplined, and ready to grow with a strong team.
What You’ll Do
- Run and manage company-provided leads
- Perform roof inspections (storm damage, wear & tear, etc.)
- Educate homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance claims
- Close deals and manage customers through the sales process
- Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements
- Strong sales ability (closing mindset is a must)
- Must have a reliable work truck/vehicle
- Must have a ladder and be comfortable with heights
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented
- Good communication and people skills
- Roofing or construction experience is a plus (not required, we can train the right person)
