We're Growing!!! Needed ASAP! EC Roofing and Home Services Direct, a Maryland based and family-owned and operated residential exterior contractor specializing in roofing, siding, windows, and gutters is looking to expand our team of construction professionals and have an immediate opening for a project consultant.
Experience is preferred , HOWEVER we are willing to train the right candidate. The right candidate will possess the attitude and determination to work in a team environment and focus on the needs of the customer, every day.
Preferred skills & experience:
Sales experience in the home improvement industry.
Technical knowledge of sales processes and techniques
Verbal and written communication skills.
Skilled in the use of technology, including computers and mobile devices.
Experience with Xactimate and Symbility a plus but not necessary
Commercial roofing knowledge a plus
Duties and responsibilities:
Perform in-home project consultation with prospective clients.
Inspect project area and scope of work to be performed.
Present project solutions and proposal for services to be performed.
Work with project team in the scheduling, material ordering and project completion
Business development skills a plus
