- Assist with a variety of construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, flooring, and painting to support ongoing renovation projects
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to understand project requirements
- Support with fixture installation such as cabinets, doors, windows, and trim carpentry components
- Help with concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, and stucco application to ensure quality craftsmanship
- Participate in construction site inspections and quality control checks to uphold safety standards and project specifications
- Learn to operate heavy equipment and assist with demolition or restoration tasks as needed
- Enthusiastic attitude with a strong desire to learn about construction and home improvement techniques
