- Develop and provide individualized treatment plans
- Complete required assessments
- Apply and provide clinical judgement
- Complete administrative duties
- Function independently as well as part of the treatment team
- Complete required documentation in a timely manner
- Lead therapy sessions
- Lead/participate in team meetings
- Understand how trauma affects an individual and know effective ways to respond to individuals who have experienced it.
- Master's Degree preferred in counseling, social work, psychology, or related clinical field.
- Must have reliable transportation as this is a mobile therapy position. You travel to the client to provide treatment.
- The position requires three clearances and one training: Pennsylvania ChildLine Clearance, PA State Police Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint Check. Mandated Reporting training and a sealed college transcript are also required.
