Front Office Registration Specialist

Part-time Substitute position

Shrewsbury and York, PA

The substitute position needs day and evening availability, Tuesday evenings are required until 8 PM.

This position may require travel during training period.

Responsibilities:

• Answering calls
• Checking clients in/out
• Collecting money
• Assisting with reminder calls
• Sending interest/no show/discharge letters
• Retrieving & Sorting mail/faxes
• Taking vitals and entering into Electronic Medical Record system
• Assisting providers as needed
• Closing office
• Scheduling clients
  
  

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to learn how to take client vital signs
• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple locations as needed
• Clearances/Trainings required- FBI fingerprinting, Child Abuse, State Police Criminal Record check, Mandated Reporter Training
