Outpatient Clinician

TrueNorth Treatment Center is hiring a Full-Time Outpatient Therapist for our Central City, KY location!

We’re looking for a clinician who is passionate about serving both mental health and substance use populations across the continuum of care.

At TrueNorth, we provide comprehensive services including therapeutic counseling, medication management, and Targeted Case Management for children, adolescents, adults, and couples. Our programming spans Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Therapeutic Rehabilitation Programs (TRP), and continued care services, allowing clinicians to make a meaningful impact at every stage of recovery.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy based on client needs and level of care
• Facilitate structured group therapy across PHP, TRP, and continued care programs, incorporating evidence-based interventions and engaging group dynamics
• Identify, assess, and treat mental health disorders and substance use disorders
• Actively participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and contribute to individualized treatment planning
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and billing requirements
• Collaborate with medical, case management, and peer support staff to ensure continuity of care
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Clinical Director/Executive Director/Associate Director/Program Director

Pay: $60,000.00 - $79,415.20 per year

Education:

• Master's (Required)

License/Certification:

• Certified Social Worker licensure (Preferred)
• Licensed Professional Counselors Associate licensure (Preferred)
• Marriage and Family Therapy Associate licensure (Preferred)
