This role supports project managers and field teams by keeping documentation organized, coordinating communication, and helping ensure projects stay on track. What You'll Do as the Project Coordinator:
Prepare, track, and manage project submittals and related documentation
Assist with assembling and maintaining accurate as-built project records
Process and organize T&M tickets for submission to general contractors
Support project change order documentation and tracking
Coordinate communication between project managers and field teams
Maintain organized project files, documentation, and correspondence
Track material orders and help ensure documentation is complete
Monitor equipment locations across job sites
Assist with equipment scheduling and maintenance coordination
Support meeting preparation and documentation for project teams
Must-Haves as the Project Coordinator:
1-5 years of experience in construction, project coordination, or construction administration
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities across several projects
Comfort working with project documentation, spreadsheets, and construction software
Clear communication skills when working with field teams and office staff
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Nice-to-Haves as the Project Coordinator:
Experience working in a construction office or field environment
Background as a project assistant, project coordinator, or construction administrator
