What You'll Do as the Production Supervisor:
- Lead day-to-day construction production activities across active job sites
- Supervise, coach, and direct Crew Leaders and labor teams
- Plan and manage schedules, labor, and materials to meet deadlines
- Partner closely with Project Managers to align on timelines and deliverables
- Confirm job readiness before mobilizing crews
- Monitor productivity and ensure efficient use of resources
- Conduct quality checks and resolve issues proactively
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance across all crews
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and stakeholders
- Track production metrics, labor usage, and material consumption
- Complete reporting, documentation, and daily updates
