This is a highly visible, in-office role supporting daily operations, workplace experience, and administrative functions. What You'll Do as the Executive Office Assistant:
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a smooth, organized, and welcoming environment
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and itineraries
- Process invoices and support basic accounting workflows
- Manage vendor relationships, including sourcing and coordinating services and supplies
- Support office layout, organization, and general upkeep
- Assist with internal events, team activities, and culture-building initiatives
- Prepare reports, track data, and support leadership with administrative needs
- Help develop and document internal processes and office policies
Must-Haves as the Executive Office Assistant:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, including calendar management and scheduling across teams
- Solid Excel skills, including the ability to create and use formulas
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with a willingness to jump in wherever needed
- Comfortable handling a wide range of tasks, from administrative work to hands-on office support
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday
